Winter Pajama Fabric

We offer a large collection of winter pajama fabrics such as Coral Fleece, Flannel Fleece, Sherpa Fleece, Shu Fleece, Soft Velour, etc. Some of them are widely used because of their good value. Some of them are so special, delicate, stunning, and breathtaking that you may not have seen them elsewhere. We also apply a variety of techniques to the base fabrics such as embossing, foil, burnout, jacquard, pleating, etc to make them special.

Coral Fleece & Flannel Fleece

Coral Fleece & Flannel Fleece are widely used because they are soft and warm, they have good value and their quality is stable. Coral Fleece has a rough and matt surface like the coral in the sea. Flannel Fleece is Coral Fleece with a special finish, so Flannel Fleece is more shining and has a smoother surface.

Though we can do a lot of special treatment to Coral Fleece and Flannel Fleece to make them special, sometimes plain dyed with a classic color or printed with a nice design can make them nice enough. What's important is to make the quality good for these two fabrics. But how to make the quality good? 1. The quality of yarns needs to be nice. 2. The pre-treatment of grey fabrics needs to be good and sufficient. 3. The finishing process of dyed or printed fabrics needs to be done with care. 4. The packaging needs to be done with care, and the packaging material needs to be good and sufficient to avoid damage during transportation.

Shu Fleece & Sherpa Fleece

We, as a producer and supplier, distinguish Shu Fleece and Sherpa Fleece by their pile shapes. Sherpa Fleece normally has round and ball-like piles that cluster. Shu Fleece normally has sharper piles with tips. Unlike Coral Fleece and Flannel Fleece which are warp-knitted by warp knitting machines, Shu Fleece and Sherpa Fleece are weft-knitted by circular machines. One big difference between weft-knitted and warp-knitted fabrics is sample production. We can easily make a weft-knitted fabric sample roll. But for warp-knitted fabrics, we need to do warping first which requires much more yarn materials (Around 1-2 tons or 2000-5000 meters. Wow right?) Quality control for warp-knitted fabrics is more stable, and weft-knitting is more versatile.

Double-Side Shu Fleece is easier and can have a back side more similar to the front side. Doube-Side Sherpa Fleece may not be able to have that. Because the back side of Sherpa may not have enough piles to cluster as the front side.

Soft Velour

Soft Velour is a big jump from the others because it contains 6% spandex. Spandex gives the fabric stretchability. So when wearing pajamas made of Soft Velour, people feel the freedom to move around and to stretch out.
